Support staff must confirm the client’s website option
1. Confirm which option the client wants.
2. Follow the option instructions below.
Option 1 Client does not want a website
The client still must keep an active domain with the required Business Suite pages for automations.
Support staff must
1. Go to Sites.
2. Locate the Business Suite folder.
3. Go to Settings.
4. Click Domains.
5. Move the active domain used for A2P approval to the Business Suite website folder.
6. Clone the 3 privacy policy pages from the A2P website to this site, delete the old pages in the A2P site, then update the new policy pages to have the correct urls (no numbers in them). Example: rootdomain.com/privacy-policy-1111 to rootdomain.com/privacy-policy as it originally was.
Option 2 Client wants to modify the homepage or add pages
Support staff must
1. Same steps as above, just add additional pages as needed without changing any existing pages
2. Do not rename or edit any required Business Suite pages.
Option 3 Client wants a template website
Support staff must
1. Install the template into a new website folder.
2. Individually clone each required Business Suite pages into the template website folder.
3. Do not change the name or content of any Business Suite pages.
4. Clone the 3 privacy policy pages from the A2P website to this site, delete the old pages in the A2P site, then update the new policy pages to have the correct urls (no numbers in them). Example: rootdomain.com/privacy-policy-1111 to rootdomain.com/privacy-policy as it originally was.
5. It is okay to adjust the look and styling of headers and footers.
6. Do not remove policy links or required footer structure.
